If the card has expired for more than 30 days, customers can still apply for a replacement and pay the fee, but we cannot guarantee a successful replacement. If the replacement is unsuccessful, the full amount will be refunded

Replace an Expired Number

If a customer forgets to recharge and their service has been inactive for over a month, they should contact the IMC service hotline at 28811986 to apply for a replacement of the expired number. They can then repurchase the "Reset Plan" to continue using the same number and service. IMC does not guarantee a successful replacement, and if unsuccessful, the customer will receive a refund of the application fee.
The fees for replacing an expired number are as follows: Service expired for one to three months: $50 Service expired for four to six months: $100 Service expired for seven to twelve months: $150 Service expired for over twelve months: $200
After completing the application process, you can expect to receive an email response within three working days.
