Customer Service Officer (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service and general clerical work, including answering customer calls, handling, contacting, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints, data input, and general clerical work.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with 1 year or above work experience, candidates with customer service experience are preferred.
- Good command of Cantonese, basic English, and basic Mandarin.
- Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with computer and internet applications (Whatsapp/Wechat/Facebook, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proactive, motivated, and good communication skills.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Computer Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal applications for company operations.
- Develop and maintain web applications for customer use.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Rich experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, SQL.
- Understanding and interest in other technologies such as cloud and artificial intelligence chatbots.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
